These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between consumers and the online store bg.duppo.eu, operated by ARONA SRL.

1. General

By using the website and/or placing an order, the consumer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

We offer our own perfume compositions — eau de parfum, 50 ml, 20% concentration. The products are not affiliated with, and are not offered as products of, other perfume houses or brands.

3. Orders and prices

The contract is concluded when the order is confirmed. All prices are in euro (€) and include VAT.

4. 2+1 offer

When you order three bottles, the third is free; the discount is applied automatically in the cart, without a code.

5. Payment

Payment by card when ordering or on delivery (cash on delivery), at the customer's choice.

6. Delivery

By courier, 2–3 working days. Details in the Shipping Policy.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt, except for unsealed or used products, for hygiene reasons. See the Refund Policy.

8. Complaints

For a defect, write to contact@duppo.eu with your order number.

9. Personal data

In accordance with the Privacy Policy and Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
