Easy returns

Return sealed perfumes within 14 days of delivery.

The key rule: perfumes must be sealed

Perfume is a cosmetic product, so for hygiene reasons we can only accept returns of perfumes that are sealed and unused, in their original box.

How it works

  1. Let us know within 14 days of delivery, using the form below or by emailing contact@duppo.bg.
  2. Pack the perfumes securely in their original boxes.
  3. Send the parcel to: Strada 13 Decembrie nr. 14, 910093 Călărași, Romania.

We can only accept unused perfumes in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

We'll only use these details to process your return.

Return costs

Return shipping is at your own cost. We refund the value of the returned products within 14 days of receiving them.

Returning items from the 2+1 offer

If you return only part of a 2+1 order, the refund is based on the price you actually paid — the free perfume stays free only if you keep the full set.

Damaged parcel or wrong item

Email us as soon as possible with your order number and a few photos. In this case, the return is on us and we'll send you the correct product.
