Card payment
Card payments are taken at checkout through Shopify's secure, encrypted payment system. We never see or store your card details. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available, depending on your country and device.
Cash on delivery
Pay the courier when your parcel arrives. Please only choose cash on delivery if you'll be available to receive it — refused parcels cost us shipping both ways.
Invoice
Every order comes with an invoice issued by ARONA SRL, sent to your email address.
Refunds
Once a return is approved, we refund the amount to the card you paid with — or by bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders — within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
